Communicate, listen and be accountable, every day.
The work of legislatures and public administration rarely reaches the people it serves. MAIA brings together civil servants, teams and citizens who want to follow it, takes official information to the profiles of those who authorised it and helps you understand what people are saying.
See MAIA in action
Bring the institution closer to people, multiply information and listen to those who follow.
Community
Civil servants, teams and citizens join by invitation, voluntarily and on record, and say where they are from and what they want to follow.
Multiplication
Accountability, services and official information published at once on the profiles of those who authorised it, on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
Listening
The topics and mood of conversations in the groups people joined of their own accord, and how many views each post had.
From an invitation to a network that follows the work.
- 1Gets the invitationThe link arrives on WhatsApp, sent by the institution or the office. No app and no password.
- 2Says who they areOn the portal, from their phone, says where they are from and what they want to follow.
- 3Connects their networksIf they wish, authorises their own profiles to publish the information too, and can undo it at any time.
- 4Brings more peopleGets their own link and invites colleagues, neighbours and others who want to follow.
An assistant with the institution's name, beside every person.
It follows each person through the journey and the portal, knows which step they are on and shows where everything is. When a person is needed, it hands over to human support.
Who follows, from where, and what they are saying.
One dashboard, updated as people join, connect their networks and invite others.
Within the rules of those who serve the public.

What the public sector asks most.
What is the difference between Institucional and Gabinete?
Institucional belongs to the institution (the chamber, the assembly, the city hall, the department) and publishes only information of public interest. Gabinete belongs to the office holder, with their team and the mandate's voluntary network.
Is MAIA for election campaigns?
No. MAIA is for the work of those already in office and for institutions: communicating, listening and being accountable.
Are civil servants required to take part?
No. Participation is voluntary and on record, and everyone can leave and disconnect their networks whenever they like.
Is there an app to install?
No. The invitation arrives on WhatsApp and the journey happens on the portal, from the phone.
How does an institution hire it?
Through public procurement, with F-GOV. In the conversation we show the model terms of reference and the most suitable route for your case.
Let's talk about your institution.
