By this document we present the general conditions and rules for you to visit us, register and enjoy our services. These Terms of Use apply to any other sites, applications or services operated or produced by NTV – New Television Comunicação S.A., of which FGOV holds an exclusive license for use.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY IMPLIES ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE WITH ALL PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THESE DOCUMENTS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL THE FOLLOWING TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM AND ITS SERVICES IN ANY CAPACITY.

F-GOV SOLUÇÕES DE TECNOLOGIA LTDA., a limited liability company, trading name FGOV, registered under CNPJ 34.711.634/0001-74, is a company that provides channel connection services with simultaneous broadcasting on social networks, holding an exclusive license for the MultiplierApp Platform and Services (NTV – New Television Comunicação S/A., CNPJ 10.942.801/0001-20).

The FGOV methodology uses a signal replication platform for simultaneous transmission of lives, feeds and reels on different social networks, reaching multiple profiles according to the type of contracted account.

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, we identify as CLIENT the individual or legal entity, public or private, holder of the FGOV account. USER means any person who, after accepting the Policies defined herein, participates in the platform at the invitation of the former.

The CLIENT has access to the Platform for transmitting digital content on social networks, being able to perform live or recorded transmissions and reels, with or without own or third-party links. Under no circumstances will the CLIENT have access to the login, password or any credentials provided by the USER. All credentials are protected by encryption.

The USER only has access to the invitation, with a link for registration or deletion of their social networks, to the FGOV website, where they can request their data or delete it in accordance with the LGPD.

The FGOV Platform operates through an exclusive license of the MultiplierApp solution, including features of the MAIA system, aimed at profile organization, publication control and large-scale transmission monitoring. The use of these technologies is entirely operated by FGOV, which acts as the technical and legal responsible party for the features available to CLIENTS.

When registering to use the features provided by our Platform, the User declares they are over 18 years of age, or emancipated.

Upon canceling your participation, you acknowledge that you must suspend access to our Services. FGOV commits to deleting your personal data upon receiving a cancellation request, except where storage is necessary for compliance with legal obligations.

The CLIENT is solely and entirely responsible for the content they transmit from our Platform on their profiles and on third-party profiles registered for that purpose. The content broadcast is the exclusive responsibility of the CLIENT, whether in live or recorded format.

Only the CLIENT has access to their account on the Platform; therefore, the USER and/or third parties may not publish content through the Platform using the CLIENT's account.

FGOV works diligently to maintain the security of its services. If we become aware that content published or conduct practiced was potentially in violation of national legislation, appropriate measures may be taken for content deletion, access blocking, or, as a last resort, account deactivation.

Do not publish looping videos, static images or live polls with static transmission. Use music with free broadcast rights. Your account will be terminated if spam, fake news, hate speech, bullying, incitement to violence or other harmful forms of use are detected. Do not use our Services as a 24-hour TV. Use common sense, respect privacy and follow best publishing practices.

The contents of the pages of this website and application are divided into three categories: (1) Functional content — navigation menus, content categories, tags and transactional content; (2) CLIENT content — any content posted by the CLIENT or by a third party at their request; (3) Public content — any content posted by a registered CLIENT approved to do so.

When publishing content through the Service, you declare and warrant that: the content is yours or you have the right to use it; the publication does not violate privacy, copyright, contractual or any other subjective rights of any person.

By publishing any content using the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and distribute such content.

FGOV has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, disapprove, edit or delete all content provided by CLIENTS/USERS. The CLIENT/USER may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse or copy FGOV content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

The intellectual property of the Platform and all content made available by FGOV belongs and will continue to belong exclusively to FGOV, or FGOV will be licensed or authorized for the respective content.

The CLIENT or User acknowledges that they do not acquire, through these Terms of Use, any intellectual property rights or other exclusive rights over or related to the Platform.

CLIENTS and Users understand that infringers of FGOV's or third parties' intellectual property are subject to corresponding civil and criminal sanctions.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The court of the District of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, is elected to resolve any disputes arising from this instrument.
