What the chamber decides must reach the people it represents.
Bills, hearings, votes and oversight happen every day and hardly ever reach the public. MAIA takes the work of the chamber and of the mandate to the profiles of those who want to follow it, and brings back what people are saying.
Institucional for the chamber. Gabinete for the mandate.
For the chamber
Agenda, sessions, public hearings and laws passed, published by the chamber's communications team and multiplied by civil servants and citizens who joined.
For the mandate
The office shows what it did, proposed and oversaw, with the mandate's voluntary network publishing alongside.
To listen
The topics that come up in the groups people chose to follow, to guide hearings and answers.
From an invitation to a network that follows the work.

- 3Connects their networksIf they wish, authorises their own profiles to publish the information too, and can undo it at any time.
- 4Brings more peopleGets their own link and invites colleagues, neighbours and others who want to follow.
An assistant with the institution's name, beside every person.
It follows each person through the journey and the portal, knows which step they are on and shows where everything is. When a person is needed, it hands over to human support.
Who follows, from where, and what they are saying.
One dashboard, updated as people join, connect their networks and invite others.
Within the rules of those who serve the public.

Contracts are signed with F-GOV, through public procurement (tenders, or a price registration record when available) and, for MAIA Gabinete, also through the office budget. In one conversation we understand your situation and show you the way.
What the public sector asks most.
What is the difference between Institucional and Gabinete?
Institucional belongs to the institution (the chamber, the assembly, the city hall, the department) and publishes only information of public interest. Gabinete belongs to the office holder, with their team and the mandate's voluntary network.
Is MAIA for election campaigns?
No. MAIA is for the work of those already in office and for institutions: communicating, listening and being accountable.
Are civil servants required to take part?
No. Participation is voluntary and on record, and everyone can leave and disconnect their networks whenever they like.
Is there an app to install?
No. The invitation arrives on WhatsApp and the journey happens on the portal, from the phone.
How does an institution hire it?
Through public procurement, with F-GOV. In the conversation we show the model terms of reference and the most suitable route for your case.
Let's talk about your institution.
