This Privacy Policy refers to the services that FGOV markets in relation to the MULTIPLIERAPP and MAIA platforms, and to the data that these platforms may obtain when Users use the services provided within the respective virtual environments.
In this document, we will describe how we collect and store our users' data, as well as how such data may be used and stored in accordance with Brazilian Law 12.965/2014 (Internet Civil Framework), Decree 8.771/2016, Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD – General Data Protection Law), and resolutions of the Brazilian Superior Electoral Court.

For the purposes of this policy, we identify as CLIENT our contracting party, and as USER any person who, after accepting the Policies herein defined, participates in the platforms at the invitation of the former.
Access and Features
The CLIENT has access to the features of each Platform: in the case of MULTIPLIERAPP, it is the platform for transmitting digital content on social networks, with performance and audience reports; in the case of MAIA, it is the intelligent automated relationship platform with multiple agents, including interactions and data capture through personalized journeys.
In both platforms, the CLIENT will have access to reports with name, email, mobile phone and registered social network. Under no circumstances will the CLIENT have access to the login, password or any credential provided by the USER. All credentials provided are protected by encryption and the information processed on the platforms is confidential.
The USER only has access to invitations, with a link for registration or deletion of their social networks, and to the MULTIPLIERAPP and MAIA websites, where they can request their data or delete it in accordance with the LGPD. The User does not have access to confidential information.

All data may be deleted upon express request to FGOV. After the end of the contractual relationship, data will be stored securely until a deletion request is made by the CLIENT or USER.
